My Favorite New Breakfast Shake… (from Women’s Health Mag)

I recently found this recipe and now start my day with it! Kale is a SUPER food for healthy skin and almond butter is my new love.

Awesome Almond
Blend 1 small frozen banana, sliced; 3/4 cup kale, lightly packed stems removed.  3/4 c almond milk, 3/4 tbsp almond butter and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger.

serves 1 233 cal 8g fat(,1 g sat), 37 g carbs, 134 mg sodium, 6g fiber, 6g protein.
