Daily vitamins have played an important role in my skin health since I was a teen. Every morning I took a multivitamin, Omega 3, and zinc to help with my breakouts. My grandma would even mix up a spot treatment with vitamin E oil to apply to any spots that popped up. Today, my vitamin line up is extensive and all centered around great skin and hair. And I know these vitamins for glowing skin make a difference because my skin looks better now than it did 2 years ago.
I start with warm lemon water in the morning and then a cup of Goop Glow. This is probably one of the few drink supplements I can stand the taste of! It is like a yummy orange flavor with a little fizz but not much. Goop Glow helps with supporting the skin, encouraging collagen production, I love this stuff!
Next Up, I grab my Ritual MultiVitamin. These vitamins taste great like fresh mint and I never feel sick when I take them. Each capsule is packed full of Omega 3, Foliate, Iron, D3, B12, K12, Boron, Vitamin E, and Magnesium. My favorite part is the auto-ship program so I never run out.
Nutrafol is next. I take 4 capsules a day and like to break it up to at breakfast and two at lunch. Read more about my Nutrafol results here.
To finish my morning routine I use the Hum Nutrition Daily Cleanse. I switch between the Daily Cleanse and the Skin Heroes blend every other month. Gut health is so important to skin health and I eat a lot of fried food and soda. These help balance things out in my skin. When I stop taking them or run out my skin is a mess. I get them from Cos Bar and if you call a store they can help set you up with auto-delivery!
After lunch, I start with Nordic Naturals Omega 3 again for brain and connective tissue support.
Hum GLow Sweet Glow, again from Cos Bar, I like the flavor of these and how hydrated I feel. The gummies contain hyaluronic acid and Vitamin C+E. I recommend downing them with a large glass of water. Hyaluronic acid needs water to work best.
My second pair of Nutrafol go here too.
And I finish with Carefast Chill Vibes to help with anxiety and stress management.
It seems like a lot but it really is a quick morning and lunch routines that take less than a minute. Since starting I noticed how infrequently I breakout. How plump and hydrated my skin looks and feels and how much better my topical skincare is working!
