I’m calling it… mosaic facial is now a thing of the past and in its place, I would like to introduce the PATCHWORK Facial.  Now, this isn’t one you want to do if you just started dating someone new.  (Honestly, no facial is!)  This one looks a bit funny but it is the easiest facial you will ever do.

Start by cleansing the skin.  I like to use a double-duty cleanser like the Bioglycolic wash by Jan Marini. (use code 093623 for 10% off + Free Shipping)  It will cleanse and exfoliate.

Then just start applying patches to where you need them most.

I went with the R+F Redefine Acute Patches for around my eyes.  They are packed full of hyaluronic acid and will give a plumper appearance to even the toughest of wrinkles.

Next, I went with the Frownies Forehead patches.  I like to use them between my eyes and above my brows for a lifted look.  Then I apply one to each side of my cheekbones.  The directions say to leave for at least three hours but because I am lazy I just leave them on all night.  Frownies are made of super-strong kraft paper that helps keep the muscle relaxed all night and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.  To apply just wet them with a facial mist and apply to the area needed.  I used the MAC prep+prime.

Finally, I applied the new Maskeraide Spotted to all of my blemishes.  Traveling always makes me breakout and these come in super handy.  I wear them all night for this facial but they are easily applied over or under makeup to wear during the day.  I keep a sheet in my wallet for emergencies.  The Salicylic acid, Volcanic Ash, and Tea Tree Oil helped reduce inflammation and soak up extra sebum.

After all the patches are applied and dried I finish with moisturizer.  Then just fall asleep.  To remove in the morning I get in a hot shower.  The steam and water will help get the patches off quickly and easily.

Thanks for stopping by!

I am traveling for the next few days so check out my Instagram and Snapchat (hautebeautyblog) for on-the-go fun.
