Unpacking and arranging the furniture.
The TV is up!

Finally, my living room is complete.  Every piece has arrived and put in it’s place and I am so happy with the results.  After close to a year of remodel and decorating, I am happy to finally move in.  I used the antique chandelier pictured above, from my previous house and popped in this aged beam to give it a rustic feel.  Carmel cream sandstone completed the fireplace with another antique aged beam.  I found this cute fireplace screen at a antique store but I doubt it’s anything special since it was only $15.
I can’t decide on curtains or not.  We live on a hill that over looks the town and views of the bay so we don’t have to worry much about privacy; plus I would hate to cover the view.  Though, I am a little creeped out at night with no curtains.

The furniture is all Pottery Barn except the cream chair in the corner.  The local Ethan Allen was going out of business; I just happened to drive by and scored this chair for $125.  I had the couch custom made by Pottery Barn; it is the Carlisle 2-Piece Upholstered Sectional with Chaise in Washed Grainsack, Flax.  To complete the room I added the Lyla Bar, Tanner Console Table, and Luca’s favorite, the Turner Leather Arm Chair in Crackle Walnut.
This gold and glass vase and marble and steel stand were purchased many years ago in Carmel, at an art gallery that has since closed.
Kate Spade vase, leather lamp from Williams Sonoma Home store and Louis Vuitton books and cigar holder.
Luca loves his view from the top of the chairs.
