I decided to go for another cleanse. This time with Paleta and Sonya Dakar Skin Care. I LOVED this cleanse. The juices were actually delicious and the skin care was perfect. The cleanse consisted of a three day intensive exercise in self control and pampering. I loved that this cleanse had a mid-day granola bar snack, seriously made all the difference. Kale Kooler and Key-lime Seranade were my favorites!
