With no real plans this year for Halloween I am behind the game on getting Olivia a costume! We can’t decide if we will even go trick or treating. So I scrambled to find some last-minute Halloween costume ideas for toddlers. I love this cute Top Gun aviator costume for boys and this adorable owl is my favorite costume for girls.
