Hey there Doran here! Today, I’m sharing all about face mapping! A cool tool to help discover what may be causing your breakouts. What do those annoying breakouts mean on your face? Your breakout can be a helpful tool in discovering what is going on with your body. Here is how.
Here is a quick (kinda scary looking) sketch of what your breakout could mean. I use a food journal to compare my breakouts with and see what foods/drinks/supplements are not agreeing with my skin. I noticed that every time I eat wheat/flour I break out along my jawline. I cut out bread and the breakouts disappeared. I noticed the same thing every time I eat dairy, only the breakouts occur just under my cheekbones. Remember healthy skin starts from the inside! What are your breakouts trying to tell you? **Note I forgot to add in hormonal breakouts but those are along the jawline and chin. So many foods and medicines can affect the hormones for me anytime I have soy my skin goes crazy. I try to keep it to a minimum.
