A quick and easy blueberry facial mask to help with anti-aging:

Mix 3 tbs fresh, organic blueberries in a blender with 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice and 1 tbs. oatmeal. Blend until smooth. Apply to face with fan brush and allow to sit for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water and apply your regular nightly skin routine.
