Green Smoothie Recipes…
Breakfast was never my favorite meal. I hate pancakes and eggs and I really hate getting up early just to eat. But, now that I am sleeping better I have more time in the morning. Green drinks have always creeped me out. I just do not like the flavor or the texture of protein powder.
A few weeks ago I realize I didn’t need the protein powder in my green smoothie. I started to make simple 400-calorie smoothies to start my day. No, but the all the green vegetables in it give tons of energy and nutrients.
