At Home Green Eggs And Ham Party sponsored by Subway, Shamrock Farms, And Netflix
I remember reading Green Eggs and Ham over and over as a kid. It was one of the first books I bought Olivia when I found out I was finally pregnant. We read it at least one night a week at bedtime. So when I heard Netflix and Ellen were making it into a series I was SUPER excited!
The new Green Eggs and Ham series on Netflix is bringing to life the beloved Dr. Seuss’s childhood characters. I thought a little pre-nap watch party would be the perfect treat to celebrate the launch. I decorated the playroom after Olivia went to bed last night so she would be extra surprised. We popped by Subway to grab their Fresh Fit for Kids meal and delicious Shamrock Farms milk, which is branded with our favorite characters for a limited time – making lunch extra fun and nutritious for Olivia and easy for me.
Olivia is a big fan of avocado sandwiches with spinach, bell peppers and a sprinkle of cheese. Shamrock Farms and Subway are all about delivering better-for-you options. I appreciate that Shamrock Farms’ milk is a great-tasting and better-for-you alternative to high-sugar beverages, with zero, added sugar. You can find it in the beverage case by looking for the signature green top. Plus, Shamrock Farms milk is locally sourced from its family of farms–some right here in California. I even grabbed my favorite sandwich and chocolate milk.
After we got home I popped on the new GEAH show, set out the activity sheet that comes with the Subway meal and we partied. Olivia laughed so hard at everything Sam said and she was so excited about the balloon arch and pillows set up. When our meal was over we curled up on the couch to watch one more episode before taking a nap. I would say it was the perfect day.
You can head over to Subway to find out how to throw your own watch party.
