The thing about skincare is how confusing an ingredient deck can be. Most consumers (and many doctors/estheticians I’ve met) have no clue what they are looking at and only go off the “label” on the front of the bottle. Clean! Natural! 20%! etc. That all means nothing and is my biggest issue with the “clean beauty” movement. They often list what isn’t in their products versus what is! However, Good Molecules does the exact opposite!

So a big CHEERS to @goodmolecules for doing exactly what we all need. They listed EVERY ingredient in their new discoloration correcting serum (and have plans to do their whole line) so that the regular consumer knows exactly what is in the bottle! Along with percentages they are giving the PH of the product, an important measure, much more so than percentages. Plus, SUPER easy to understand directions. Like applying this serum first to clean skin then waiting for a beat for full absorption before continuing on with other serums. Even labeling the Good Molecules Discoloration serum for morning or evening use.

Most brands would never give away their formula but I think it is brilliant. The one thing this industry needs is more transparency from brands, influencers, and estheticians!

I discovered Good Molecules at the beginning of this year when their PR team reached out. I was hooked on their serums within a week of starting the peptide, squalene, and rosehip oil. After two weeks of using this Discoloration Correcting Serum, I can say I like it. Still waiting a full 45 days to do a full review but so far very happy with it.
