Day 2 of the Skin Care Shape-Up Challenge

Healthy skin starts from the inside, bad diet choices lead to breakouts, dehydration and dull looking skin.  For the next 45 days I am have eliminating grain, dairy, and legumes.   Here is my meal plan for the week.  I will post some recipes as the week goes on.  On the shopping list I didn’t include quantities because I am 1 person, so you will have to adjust it if you have a family you cook for.
