Birchbox April FINALLY arrived and it is my absolute favorite so far this year. I am a huge fan of Rifle Paper Co. (I own way too many of their products!) and this month Birchbox and Rifle Paper Co. teamed up. The box is a stunning result of the team-up. I love it so much I plan on keeping it on my desk.
Every month Birchbox likes to give their box a theme and this month is Spring-fresh starts/looks and makeovers.

This month I received five items in my Birchbox. BB now has different levels of membership…I have the original box. The original Birchbox cost $10, and it ships to the US, France, Spain, Canada and the UK.
First up, Supergoop Advanced Aging Eye Cream with SPF {2ml value $6}. I have only ever tried the face protector from Supergoop so I am excited to give this eye cream a try. So far, I like it. It is a bit thick for me so I have to be careful not to apply too much or it becomes a bit overwhelming with my oily skin. The scent is nice and I really like that it has SPF. Overall I am happy with this pick.
Next, was the Whish shave cream { 22ml value $3}. I have received this in a previous box but in a different scent. It is the perfect size for traveling and the product is nice.
TempleSpa Peace Be Still face & body cream {25ml value $3.60}… this was just ok for me. I am hoping that it grows on me with time. The scent just didn’t do it but the texture is nice and creamy.
Beauty Protector Hair Oil { 1 oz value $6.50}… Am I the only one over these hair oils? I have a drawer full of them and can’t seem to use them up quick enough before the next one arrives. Obviously I am NOT excited about this item in the box.
Cynthia Rowley Beauty Brightening Illuminator (!!!) {.04 oz value $10} I am very excited about this. Cynthia Rowley makes amazing beauty products and I can’t wait to try this one out. I just hope the sample lasts long enough for me to really judge buying it or not.
As I said in the beginning this box really excited me. I loved the theme, the Rifle Paper Co team-up, and the products inside. The value is over $47 with a cost of only $10! This box was a great deal. With the exception of the hair oil, I LOVED every item so the value of this month’s box was really high for me.
