Pumpkin Patches in Monterey County

Fall is just the best season here in California.  We only really get warm and rain here on the water!  But this year we went inland 30 minutes to get some pretty leaves and pumpkins!  It was so much fun at the Earthbound Farm Stand Pumpkin Patch in Carmel Valley, CA last weekend.  They set up the garden as a pumpkin fairytale wonderland.  Olivia loved running around and checking everything out.  I would say this pumpkin stand was a bit posher–no rides for the kids or play stations.  Just kinda IG-worthy backdrops.  BEST PART: The cafe was delicious and they had a ton of different types of pumpkins.  Plus some super photo-worthy backdrops.

Last year we went to Borchard Farms and had a BLAST!  They have a corn maze and acres of pumpkins.  Parking is tough so I recommend going on a weekday evening to avoid the crowds.  BEST PART: Photoworthy spots, TONS of unique pumpkins, food vendors, and a huge fun corn maze.

The FARM in Spreckles is too cute!  They really cater to families with small kids and have yummy snacks too!  The pumpkin patch is on the small side so super easy to keep track of the little ones.  The pumpkin pickings were just white or orange–nothing fancy.
